Your User ID for this system is a single identifier formatted as userId@organizationId.

For example, if your Organization ID is myhealthplan and your User ID is jsmith you would enter a single User ID of jsmith@myhealthplan.

The case of your User ID is not important. jsmith@myhealthplan and JSmith@MyHealthPlan are equivalent.
